By subscribing to WeSpeed Network Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
WeSpeed Network Services provides high-speed internet broadband services to residential and business customers in Vasai-Virar. Our services include:
- Home broadband plans (OTT/IPTV and regular plans)
- Business broadband solutions
- Internet leased line services
- Related technical support and maintenance
3. Service Availability
Service availability is subject to technical feasibility and coverage in your area. WeSpeedNet reserves the right to:
- Refuse service in areas where infrastructure is not available
- Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
- Perform maintenance activities that may temporarily affect service
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
Customers must select a subscription plan and billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly) at the time of registration.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
4.3 Billing
- Billing cycles begin from the date of service activation
- Payment is due as per the selected billing cycle
- Late payment may result in service suspension
- Refunds are processed as per our refund policy
4.4 Payment Methods
We accept payments through online banking, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
5. Service Usage
5.1 Acceptable Use
Customers must use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include:
- Illegal activities or content distribution
- Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
- Unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Activities that harm network performance or other users
- Violation of intellectual property rights
5.2 Data Usage
Our plans offer unlimited data with no data caps. However, we reserve the right to manage network traffic during peak hours to ensure fair usage for all customers.
6. Installation and Equipment
6.1 Installation
WeSpeedNet will provide professional installation services. Installation charges may apply as specified in your plan.
6.2 Equipment
- Router and related equipment may be provided on rental or purchase basis
- Customers are responsible for proper care and security of equipment
- Damage or loss of equipment may result in charges
- Equipment must be returned upon service termination
7. Service Level and Support
7.1 Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for home plans and higher SLA for business/leased line services. However, occasional downtime may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Force majeure events
- Technical issues beyond our control
7.2 Technical Support
Technical support is available during business hours for home plans and 24/7 for business/leased line customers.
8. OTT Platform Services
For plans with OTT platform subscriptions:
- OTT/IPTV platform availability and content are subject to third-party terms
- WeSpeedNnet is not responsible for OTT/IPTV platform outages or content changes
- OTT/IPTV subscriptions are tied to your broadband subscription
9. Termination and Cancellation
9.1 Customer Cancellation
Customers may cancel services with 30 days' written notice. Early termination charges may apply for contracts with minimum commitment periods.
9.2 Service Termination by WeSpeedNet
We may terminate services for:
- Non-payment of dues
- Violation of terms and conditions
- Illegal activities
- Abuse of service (see Customer Abuse Policy)
10. Limitation of Liability
WeSpeedNet's liability is limited to:
- Service credits as per SLA for business/leased line customers
- Refund of unused service charges in case of early termination
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the affected period
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, usage, and protection.
12. Changes to Terms
WeSpeedNet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation with our customer support team
- Escalation to management if unresolved
